HPV vaccine: HPV vaccine is optional; usually not done beyond age 26. With several partners you've probably had some of the 9 HPV types the vaccine protects, even with condoms -- perhaps most of them. Vaccine doesn't protect against HPV types you've had. Sex with any particular partner makes little difference, and "older" suggest lower risk of current infection. But its harmless and OK if cost isn't a problem.
