Does heart medication really help fix heart disease?

Good question : We are not born with a deficiency of medication. So, why do we use them? When they provide health benefits more than the side effects, we recommended them. What do you mean by fix? What needs fixing? I have seen many patients on heart medications for most of their adult life Can it fix the heart? I have seen medications result in a recovery of heart failure, heart attacks, and heart infections

Some do: Most do not, but rather treat and prevent further damage. Some acute conditions are treatable/ fixable and do not need treatment indefinitely while the majority include the wear and tear of aging with atherosclerosis for example and treatment continues indefinitely.
