Will smoking weed make my costochondritis worse?

Weed: Costochondritis is an inflammatory condition of the cartilage between the breastbone &ribs. It has various causes but in my experience the causes is usually unknown. I doubt smoking weed would cause it unless you have a chronic cough from smoking.
