I had hemmoroidctomy two months ago. and i'm bottom gay. now i'm ok . bt i went for anal sex then i felt that my anus is very tight and due to tightness it bleed. bt i didn't had that pain pain. what shall i do to make it loose?

AVOID ANAL INTERCOUR: It is probably best to avoid anal intercourse after hemorrhoidectomy, but one would think that two months would be adequate. See the doctor who did the procedure and 'fess up. Anal intercourse may be causative of hemorrhoids.
