Losartan : Abdominal pain associated with losartan is reported approximately 2% or less in patients. This is a nonspecific symptom and can be observed to see if the discomfort gradually disappears with the taking of the medicine on a regular basis. If it continues, you should discuss this symptom with your doctor before discontinuing the medicine altogether.
