Took vyvanse for the first time 10 days ago it was 20mg? should i be clean urine wise? i have normal urine ph and fast metabolism?

Yes: The active meds in your drug will,be long gone from urine detection after 20 days. Thus does sound like you may have taken the drug without a doc’s Rx. If so, consider the consequences of actions like this, while the drug is ‘legal’ , for those taking a controlled substance off label, it IS an illegal drug and if you have a job requiring urine testing would have grave consequences.
