Neurologist: Your rather widespread neuromuscular symptoms cannot be explained by one brain lesion. I recommend consulting a neurologist who will take a thorough history&system review, perform a neurological examination & order any appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis &advise you. I am reluctant to ascribe these symptoms to ciprofloxacin.

Cipro: Cipro has been known to cause neuropathy. It may not related to cipro. We can explain this condition by a brain lesion on one side, or a spinal cord problem. I have also seen these complaints with low magnesium and calcium levels after a patient took PPIs. See a doctor in person
