25 weeks pregnant. have to go for 2 hour glucose test (failed 1 hr at 9 or 160). i was super stressed the night before and also had stopped my prenatal for week prior. could have stopping prenatal vitamin cause the glucose level to have rise abit?

Wouldn't think so: There is little prenatal vitamins do beyond assuring you have these in your blood if you or baby need them. They do not influence blood sugar one way or the other. Stress bight bring it up some, but stress is common to pregnancy. This test just allows the OB's to consider all factors that influence your pregnancy to get the best outcome.
