Thigh scabs: Is it scabs which are usually healed bleeding lesions and dark/ hard or rash? Rash may be dry skin ( try Eucerin cream) , wear loose pants, may be candida/ fungus that may respond to topical clotrimazole , or eczema ( Eucerin/ others). f/u/ w/ MD
