Had gallbladder removal 1-8-21. 1-heart rate of 140 when standing, lowers when walking or sitting, why? 2- was pre-diabetic, but blood glucose down to 81 from 110 normally. can gallbladder surgery affect blood glucose? have health anxiety, scared?

High heart rate : High heart rate when standing raises the concern for dehydration or issued controlling blood pressure. I suggest seeing a doctor in person.
