Palpitations : It is not likely that an 18-year-old pregnant woman will have serious heart issues, but it is possible. They should evaluate it.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have been having intense heart palpitations. I am not doing any strenuous activity beforehand. My pulse at it's highest was 124. Had normal nuclear stress test a yr ago. No other symptoms. Should I be worried?
