Several options: Candida resistant to one "azole" drug is resistant to all of them; don't try miconazole, clotrimazole, or any ending in "azole". Other options are micafungin, caspofungin, and related drugs (ending in "fungin"); nystatin; and boric acid. Do you have such an infection? Most common with HIV infection or after multiple antibiotics. "Systemic candidiasis" is an urban myth.
