Hard to say: Some women have back pain prior to a period which resolves with period, but the loss of appetite would raise concern for urinary tract infection, possible Covid , or another abdominal issue, so if it persists more than a day or do I recommend Dr visit for exam, urinalysis, possible Covid testing & blood tests
