Bleeding?: "Orange" is pretty atypical -- but if it's really brownish, probably there has been minor bleeding into your seminal vesicles or prostate. That happens once in a while in healthy men, often after trauma to the perineum (between anus and scrotum, e.g. from trail bike or horseback riding. It's not an STD symptom. If it clears up after a few ejaculations, no worries. If it doesn't, see a doctor.

No STD from hand job: Orange semen is not sign of STD. Symptoms, if any, are penile urethral discharge &/or stinging/burning sensation iith urination. Orange colored semen suggests it is more concentrated than usual which can range from almost clear to yellow.
