I'm having heavy menstrual bleeding with large blood cloths. what should i do , i feel a little anaemic?

Follow up with PCP.: It appears that this a change from your usual menstrual flow. I believe that your are anemic suggests that your are weak. You should make an appointment with your PCP soon.

Dr evaluation : A good history & physical exam & a blood count (& possibly other tests) would be helpful if this is an unusual situation for you. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids & try to eat foods with some iron (spinach, raisins, lean meats, etc)
