It consists of A good history &system review, complete physical examination, & some basic testing like CBC&differential, complete metabolic profile,urinalysis, lipid profile, vit D level(helps combat Covid). Individual tests like Thyroid panel,EKG,hgbA1c, stool test for occult blood depends on the history
