I've been untreated for my lupus for 4 years now i have significant worsening and new symptoms such as livedo racemosa, edema, murmur, activity intolerance, and cognitive impairment. it hurts to lift my arms and just hurts all over am i going to die?

Need update: You have a history, and now a multitude of issues. Whether this is due to lupus cerebritis and other complications, whether fibromyalgia has evolved, whether there are kidney problems, all needs clarification. This cannot be feasibly handled here. See an internist for a full exam, get blood tests, images, etc., and start indicated therapy. Good luck with all of this.
