Primary care doctor: If you have insurance, first look at their directory of physicians that are part of the plan. You can then choose from the selection. To take it a step further, find our from friends and family who they use and like, see if their doctor is part of your insurance plan then make an appointment. As a 34y/o healthy male, you should keep up to date with your preventive tests at least every 1-2 years.
