Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may have hemorrhoids that may be getting worse during your period. You may try over the counter hemorrhoid medication, if that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor. If you have blood in stools, it is imperative that you see a doctor. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
