Abdominal pain,fever: More info needed in order to advise you. Where exactly is the discomfort, how long? associated tenderness, any nausea,vomiting,diarrhea such as seen in a viral gastrointestinal infection. If symptoms are mild, take Tylenol, eat lightly(broth,saltine crackers,toast). If not improving or if worse, see a physician for examination or proceed to the emergency room where prompt evaluation is available.
