Can testicular cancer be on the bottom of the testical?? can you separate the mass from the testical? (not fully but i can kind of pull it away) i have a soft mass at the bottom of my left testi(firm testi) undecended right after age 1 got surgery?

Mass in scrotum : Please see your doctor for a diagnosis and please don't leap to conclusions. There are a number of possibilities and cancer is far down on the list but you do need to get it checked out. Peace and good health.
