COVID 19 : No. " Lack of a spleen has not been identified as a risk factor for acquiring COVID-19 or having worse outcomes." PER: https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/no-spleen-what-you-need-to-know-to-stay-healthy-2020042419641

Not COVID: Your risk would be increased for infections with encapsulated bacteria that may result in sepsis and for that reason you should remain proactive in reporting to your doc any possible signs of an infection in order to sort them out.
