Yes: The presentation of COVID 19 may be subtle and includes this symptom. Monitor temperature and watch for flu like symptoms. Rise nasal passages with saline. A test is recommended, and please isolate until without symptoms/test negative and no fever for three days, whichever is longer.

Possibly: Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher if you have at least 2 of these symptoms: temp of at least 99.6 F (37.5 C), Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.
