More than 20 days and i've been experiencing a loss of sense of taste, but the sense of smell is alright. i don't have any symptoms of covid-19 otherwise, no common cold and no previous medical history. please help?

And your question is: Did a Physician examine you, or are you self diagnosing? Loss of sense of taste or smell is a sign of Covid-19. Please call your primary Physician. If you don't have one, call an Urgent Care center. The Physician can evaluate you and recommend appropriate treatment.
