Pneumonia: Not necessarily. If you healed well, there may not be residual pulmonary scarring. The question is- do you currently have sequela from the pneumonia.

No long term effect: A one time episode of Pneumonia is unlikely to leave you with enough scarring that your lungs would be compromised. Typically, many episodes of significant severity and underlying asthma or cystic fibrosis or other disorders would be necessary to affect the lungs of someone so young.
