Yeast vs STD: Need more information. Have you been sexually active with a new partner? Is there a discharge? and what does it look like? Could be a yeast infection or an STD. You will need to be seen by a Dr in person for a culture which can determine if you need antibiotic treatment.

Symptoms: I agree with Dr. Kratzburg. We really can't diagnose the cause of your burning & itching. This will require an actual assessment to provide an accurate assessment and to recommend an appropriate treatment.
