I just had my appendix removed last october 2020, and not i have a sudden lower right pain since 2 days ago. why is that?

RLQ pain: One possibility is formation of adhesions. Another is a tiny incisional hernia. Late development of an abcess or inflammatory bowel disease involving the ileum, ovarian pathology are less likely possibilities. If pain, and especially associated tenderness, persists, get examined by your surgeon.
