Proctitis?: Several possibilities -- difficult to speculate without more info. Anovaginal fistula, or an anal infection including STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Proctitis (rectal inflammation) due to inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis). See a doctor soon -- could be serious. Good luck.
