How am i getting kidney issues when i did nothing to destroy them, im in stage 3 and have to see a kidney doctor, i dont drink, never smoked, never done drugs, i rarely drink a soda, used to yrs ago but quit, so why all these kidney issues, im 60?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you have high blood pressure that may be the cause. Please note that stage 3 is not too severe and it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a kidney doctor, nephrologist. Wish you good health!
