Is daily doing of steam inhalation harmful to the lungs and body?

Probably not: I suppose it would depend on whether it is just steam or there is somethin toxic carried in the steam. Steam by itself is usually just water & inhaling it is just another fluid entry to the body. If it was super hot steam it might burn the sensitive lung cells.
