Yes, benign: Just a localized hematoma or area of bleeding near the blood vessel. This will gradually shrink, dissipate, and not be visible in future.

Alternative : If the blood blister does not resolve on its own moist heat with massage will resolve this. Moist heat consisting of a heating pad and a moist towel
