80 yr female spine compression cancer and delerium bedbound visited by gp due to low blood pressure,pulse 38 bpm normaly 50,fainting in bed hard to wake cold 89f ,no infection oxygen good saturation 98 .gp has not advised any other test,correct?

Comfort measures: Unfortunately, at a certain point it is not worthwhile to become overly aggressive, and it is far better to try palliative and comfort measures. In USA, we have hospices to deal with the patients final days. Perhaps a facility similar in Thailand would benefit this unfortunate lady.
