Exam & Covid-19 test: A differential diagnosis with the symptoms you have described includes Covid-19, flu, pneumonia or some other serious illness. I therefore suggest you stay well hydrated & warm & get to an Urgent Care Center for an exam as soon as possible. Covid-19 testing should be included in your exam. I wish you well with your health!
