Recovery from GI bug: You describe an exhausting illness, but I think the key point is you're recovering. To vomit or hurl up material from inside your GI tract may require alot of effort - particularly if it's a bad virus. In some ways, it's like going to the gym and doing tons of crunches. I expect a full recovery - just take it easy on yourself, drink alot of fluids, chicken soup. If it doesn't get better -see a doc
