Erection issues : By far the most common reason a " healthy" young person has problems with erections is emotional, the most common is anxiety. A common correlation is not resting or sleeping properly due to depression, emotional stress, or sleep apnea (people are often unaware they have sleep apnea).

ED: In addition to the earlier excellent advice you received and having physical conditions ruled out by your MD, you can see a clinical psychologist. You may be experiencing "performance anxiety." It is very treatable. Also, please chat w/your partner. Keeping a secret can make it worse. Peace and good health.
