More info needed: Hard to tell from these symptoms if there is any important problem. How long has this been going on? If just a few days, sit tight and see if it improves. If longer, see a doctor. If you're sexually active and have had anal sex, the symptoms are consistent with a rectal STD, especially chlamydia or gonorrhea.
