My covid alert sa app indicated that i came in close contact with someone on 30/12/2020 who tested positive for covid19. i also started a health diet / eating program yesterday and im currently in detox phase & got headaches today. thus the concern.

COVID 19: As you know, detoxification can cause headaches, weakness, aches & pains. There really isn't a way to know why you have a headache. Suspicion for COVID 19 is higher with at least 2 of these sx’s: temp of at least 99.6, Cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Shivering, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat or new loss of taste or smell.
