Chest pain: Requires immediate evaluation. If it's a cardiac issue OTC's will not help. Untilthe cause of your chest pain has been diagnosed it can't be properly treated. Do not ignore this. Seek immediate attention from your GP, Urgent Care, or ER. Your problem may be benign to very serious, but you will have to be examined to be properly diagnosed.
