Vaginal yeast inf: Vaginal yeast infection can easily be treated, even in pregnancy, with a cream or suppositories containing miconazole or clotrimazole. Avoid those containing terbinafine as these have not been used as extensively in pregnancy. If the infection persists or worsens, talk to your OB/Gyn Dr in order to determine the best course of treatment.
