How is she acting?: This is not an uncommon problem - parents are surprised by how a young baby can wriggle off furniture at such a young age. If she is able to be consoled, has no obvious injury , feeds or nurses normally, just watch and monitor. Look at things like does she move all 4 extremities equally. If unable to console her, won't feed, or vomiting then needs immediate physician evaluation.
