Vaginitis: Assuming that the sex is unprotected, one of the many that can contribute to altering the vaginal flora is the ejaculate. Like with most exposures, the body will adjust its defenses. Until that happens, use of an OTC (over the counter) aid (e.g. Vagisil) and/or dietary adjustments (prebiotics in yogurt) can be considered.
