Some are good..: ...Some are bad, and many are simply unnecessary. Since there are thousands of supplements, your question can't be answered without knowing the one you are taking. But the answer is probably no. The things that will help you most in the gym are good nutrition, good hydration, and good sleep. If you don't have those, no supplement will help.
