"spotting/pregnant" : If pregnancy is "possible", cramping and spotting may occur especially at the 6-9 week interval, but also may indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Best is to obtain a serum HCG test to be certain, and consult your gyn physician if the test is positive for an exam and potential additional testing.
