Abdominal strain,,: This is likely from abdominal strain which can happen when carrying heavy loads even if there's no injury. This is also how many hernias occur, and sometimes it injures the lower abdominal area by and including the bladder and its surrounding muscles and can cause some bloody urination. So it would be smart to carry lighter loads and see your doctor of the pain doesn't go away. Best of luck.
