COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

Isolate...: You need to isolate for at least 10 days from your first symptoms (or positive test if no symptoms) and have improved symptoms and no fever on the last day. If you develop shortness of breath, chest discomfort, confusion, blue lips or fingers/toes, seek emergency treatment. Drink plenty of fluids and rest. If you have any questions/concerns, call your doctor.

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Contact your doctor/local hospital, by phone for evaluation. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Get Covid vaccine. Wish you good health.
