Recurrent red patches on soft palate. will see them pop up, only to start to fade and disappear after a week of so, will pop up in a different spot several days or a week later. patches are light red/pink?

Red patches: Examination required during an outbreak. Probably viral, but may be bacterial. Lab tests may be required to establish diagnosis. See a specialist Oral Pathologist or specialist Oral Surgeon the next time red patches appear.

May be herpes: Make sure to avoid touching the blisters.It looks like Herpes a viral infection .See your dentist who can prescribe some topical application .Take plenty of rest and drink lot of water..
