Maybe not: There are cases when Child & Family services have a watch list for a monitored family will automatically have baby tested. If the crowd that visits you is suspicious they may decide to test. State laws usually require any hospital staff that suspects drug use to report cases to CFS. However, drug testing is not part of the normal labor & delivery practices at most hospitals.
