Abscess?: You must have an abscess, either in the skin of your scrotum or, more seriously, perhaps inside. Almost certainly a bacterial infection, not fungal. Mupirocin won't help. You need to see a health care provider in person, probably for an antibiotic prescription and evaluation whether surgery might be necessary for drainage. Good luck.
