Yes: To protect others till you know your status you need to self quarantine. Drink plenty of liquids, rest and get the test to help guide your further activities.

COVIDS 19 testing: It is best to wait 5 to 8 days after COVID 19 exposure before testing. Quarantine in the meantime.
