Hi, i was diagnosed yesterday with covid, i have chronic hypertension. my symtoms are headaches with no smell or taste. what medication should i be taking and when if i should must i go to hospital?

COVID 19: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
